Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance and no more than 2 weeks ahead. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations or rescheduling requests beyond these timeframes are non-refundable.
