Refund Policy

At Studio CL, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully:

  • Consultation Fees

    • Consultation fees are non-refundable. However, the amount paid will be credited toward your final bill if you proceed with our services.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Portrait Sessions (e.g., Birthday Portrait, Baby & Kids, My Birthday Portrait):

      • Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

      • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

    • Event & Location Portrait Sessions and Premium Location Portrait Sessions:

      • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

      • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment are non-refundable.

    • Business Media Services (Consult & Price Estimate, Corporate Events, etc.):

      • Consultation cancellations are non-refundable. For booked projects, cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund (subject to costs incurred).

  • Photo & Video Deliverables

    • Once the service has been completed and deliverables provided, refunds are not available for the service fees.

    • If there are concerns about the quality or deliverables, we will work with you to address the issue through edits or adjustments as outlined in your service agreement.

  • Travel Fees

    • Any additional travel expenses incurred are non-refundable.

  • Force Majeure

    • If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, illness) require cancellation by Studio CL, we will offer the option to reschedule or provide a full refund of any payments made.
