Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable. However, the amount paid will be credited toward your final bill if you proceed with our services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Portrait Sessions (e.g., Birthday Portrait, Baby & Kids, My Birthday Portrait):

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

Event & Location Portrait Sessions and Premium Location Portrait Sessions:

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment are non-refundable.

Business Media Services (Consult & Price Estimate, Corporate Events, etc.):

Consultation cancellations are non-refundable. For booked projects, cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund (subject to costs incurred).

Photo & Video Deliverables

Once the service has been completed and deliverables provided, refunds are not available for the service fees.

If there are concerns about the quality or deliverables, we will work with you to address the issue through edits or adjustments as outlined in your service agreement.

Travel Fees

Any additional travel expenses incurred are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, illness) require cancellation by Studio CL, we will offer the option to reschedule or provide a full refund of any payments made.
